SCI signs Memo of Understanding with CASS

9th September 20915 - Beijing.

Representatives of the Sustainable Consumption Institute sign a Memorandum of Understanding today with senior members of the prestigious Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in Beijing. The signing ceremony marks the start of a 2 day long event beginning with a series of presentations on Day 1 on topics including: 'Cleanliness and Water Consumption', 'Measuring Environmental Sustainability','Consumption and Mobility', 'Brands and Branding' and 'Mobilising Environmental organisations'.  Day 2 will be dedicated to the issue of 'collaboration' and how both sides can work together to promote the sustainable consumption agenda in both the UK and China.
